1. Basics

1.1 Welcome to the rules that keep things fair and fun—our official Terms and Conditions from Horizonix Corp N.V. These apply to every bet you place and outline how we, as the licensed operator, interact with you as a player. They’ll kick in starting July 4, 2025, once we post them on our main site, graviragames.com (that’s us, the “Operator” or “Company”).

1.5 Curaçao law calls the shots here, including that National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK).

1.6 We might team up with other trusted partners to expand our gaming options whenever it makes sense for us.

1.7 If you sign up elsewhere or try out games from other providers through us, you’ll need to follow their rules too.

1.8 Just because our site is up and running doesn’t mean we’re inviting folks from places where gambling’s off-limits by local laws.

2. Updates to These Terms

2.1 Life changes, and so might these Terms—we can tweak them as needed without sending you a heads-up letter. That said, we’ll shoot you an email for any big shifts. Still, swing by this page now and then to stay in the loop.

2.2 Keep using the site? You’re good with the latest version.

2.3 Each part of these Terms stands on its own. By playing with us, you promise not to twist one section to mess with another.

3. Who Can Join?

9. Keeping It Fair (Anti-Fraud)

9.1 We take fraud seriously with top tools. Suspected cheating—like teaming up, bonus abuse, fake payments, multi-accounts, or bankruptcy? Account closed, payouts frozen, no explanations needed. We might tip off regulators.

9.2 Zero tolerance for gaming the system on promos. Stolen cards, chargebacks, fake data? Bonuses and wins gone.

9.3 We can close your account anytime and refund balance (minus fees), no reasons given.

9.4 Verification time: Send ID, bills, etc., in Latin/Greek/Cyrillic. No docs? Video call it.

14. How to Voice Concerns

14.2 Only for registered players, within 6 months (or event end for bets). No selling claims.

14.3 Email completed form (Word/PDF from site) to [email protected]: Name, address, email, account, dates, details, language (Eng/Dutch/Papiamentu), docs.

14.4 Responsible gaming: 5 biz days (ack in 2). Others: 4 weeks (ack in 1), extendable. Written resolution with options.

14.5 Humans for tough stuff; AI for simple, monitored.
